I took my mom, who is 85 years old, in for a first-time dental examination, which transitioned to oral surgery. We were expecting the oral surgery and so that suggestion was not a surprise to either of us. The dental care and treatment my mom received was flawless. Dr. Patel was extremely professional, patient and kind, explaining the pro’s and con’s of our treatment options and the associated consequences of each. He also talked through options for financing the procedure, and answered all questions using everyday language, completely avoiding the use of dental terminology that neither of us would have been able to understand. His service was impeccable, from beginning-to-end. The staff was also polite, professional and highly accommodating. Without exception, each person treated us kindly and respectfully. The environment was also top notch. The office was clean and well organized. The bathroom was spotless, with hand sanitizer and wipes readily available. My mom and I both look forward to an ongoing relationship with Dentists of Pittsburg. We are delighted to patients there. We also encourage anyone reading this review to consider doing likewise.
